Welcome to Jacksonville Paintball & Airsoft Park! Please read these Terms of Service ("ToS") carefully before using our services, visiting our locations, or accessing our website.

**1. Service Description**

Jacksonville Paintball & Airsoft Park provides rental services and sales at the following locations:
- 130 Imperial Ln, Jacksonville, NC 28540
- 300 Haws Run Rd, Jacksonville, NC 28540

**2. User Registration**

All users must register and sign a waiver of liability before using our services.

**3. User Eligibility**

Users must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous exercise, such as running, carrying equipment, ducking, and crawling, as required in paintball or airsoft.

**4. User Responsibilities**

Users must:
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations.
- Be respectful and refrain from using foul language.
- Maintain a friendly and cooperative attitude.
- Avoid over-shooting.
- Be honest and call hits in paintball or airsoft games.
- Violators will be asked to leave the facility.

**5. Content Usage**

Users may not use any content related to our facility, including pictures, without express written permission from the owner. Our facility is private.

**6. Payment and Fees**

Payment options are cash or credit card. Prices are listed with a cash discount. If users choose to pay with a card, there is a 4% surcharge.

**8. Intellectual Property**

Users may not use our likeness, fields, photos from our website or facility, or logos without written permission from the owner.

**9. Termination and Suspension**

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend users for violations of our field policy, rules, or Terms of Service.

**10. Dispute Resolution**

Disputes should be first attempted to be resolved between the customer and our employees, then between the customer and the owner. If not resolved, we require arbitration or mediation, following North Carolina laws.

**11. Guarantee**

We guarantee that you will have fun playing paintball or airsoft. If you do not, we will provide a free entry for you to come back and have a new experience (one-time offer).

**12. Updates**

Any updates to these Terms of Service will be noted on our website but will not be emailed out.

**13. Governing Law**

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
